I love this gym cuz the staff is friendly & helpful if you need help using a certain machine or equipment.However, it does get pretty crowded M-F between 4:00 & 6:00 PM. I always try to go around 7:00

My trainer is Andrew ... Love working with him. He is training to be a physical therapist also. As a PT he explains the muscles being worked, every machine, and works w me on what I can handle.

Anthony is an amazing trainer . He really knows his stuff.
