Fitness for the whole family! They have everything you need to get fit. Great class offerings, team sports and nutrition.
Friendly staff and if you got here between 4 and 5 on weekdays it's not too full.
The best family gym in Kansas City hands down . The pool is usually nearly empty before 4 weekdays.
