The deli department is awesome. You can get a specialty sandwich prepared, or pick something from the prepared food section if you're in a rush. The chicken curry salad is one of my favorites.
Excellent bakery towards the back and quality groceries . Enjoy a cup of coffee after doing some food shopping
You'll find those obscure international ingredients and products here, but the prices are, understandably (given importing), a bit high.
