Good variety of ethnic cuisines, although there still weren't as many vegetarian/vegan options as there should have been in a place of such prominence.
Excellent selection of top chefs . Dal Plin amazing lobster fettuccine , Gnocchi Aragosta (poached lobster ), & parma tortellini . Itamae - sushi Lost in translation, ghost in the shell & Totoro rolls!
