One of those restaurants you fly into a city just to visit. Extraordinary produce, preparation and sequencing of flavours. Go early. Get the chef 's counter. It'll feel like your own personal chef .
With many of the chefs previously at Kishoku (another Japanese restaurant downstairs), Gin is a newly renovated version carrying a similar style and of high quality. Go during lunch for best value.
Freshest food and a very friendly service . You just take a set of food plus some drinks and don’t think about anything. The food will come to you in a best way, just take your time and enjoy.
