Been coming here for excellent pizza since I was a student 30 years ago. Now I get to come back for pizza again with two of my kids at the University ! Must have pepperoni and their homemade sausage .
Watch that first bite. You'll burn the roof of your mouth, or your lips. Let the or cool a bit. It's so good, you'll want to rush right in. It's worth the wait.
Love this place. If you like good old fashioned pizza with a fresh cheese blend. This is the place for you!
Pagliai's is hands down the best pizza place in Iowa City. Thin slices oozing with cheese , take home a paper hat!
My favorite way to order is to start with the veggie and add shrimp and anchovies . You can't get a bad pizza here. Enjoy!
Ask for the Pagliai's Special...no longer on the menu, but a good choice if you're interested in sausage and green peppers .
