Chipotle is always a safe bet for wholesome Tex-mex fare. Love their bowl carnitas with black beans , sweet corn and guacamole . Wild rice texture also nice.
Burrito bowl - rice , black beans , chicken and carnitas (half or double meat), mild salsa , corn , sour cream , cheese and smoke tabasco sauce with a free cup of water and you're set!
Agree with DJ , the Barbacoa is where it's at. Also, this location is very prompt with their online ordering/pick up. Very helpful for a hectic day.
Try the barbacoa - spicy shredded beef . It's what separates Chipotle from the pack.
Double chicken burrito with a little extra rice ...nothing else :)

Water is free. Ask for a cup and fill it at the soda fountain .
Veggie burrito w/ hot & corn salsa guak cheese & lettuce. Eat one.
