One of the staffs helps me to change my MacPro's battery for free (even it's already like 2 years old) by asking his manager. At the end I got it for free n save bout $200. He's the best!

Spectacular customer service here & great products!

Shocking customer experience. Just one overworked Mac technician amongst a sea of kids in bright blue t-shirts with iPads and no clue. Not what Jobs envisioned back in 2004.

You may become frustrated because they are understaffed, but be patient - once you are attended to, it will all be smooth sailing from there.

They have loads of genius bar bookings available! Much better than the city stores!

Arrive at least 30min early for your GenuisBar appointment cos you'll have to wait for the backlogged customers to finish before you.

The reserve system for IPhone 5 is poorly managed. Apple do not ever get back to you to let you know if are successful or not. 8 days in a row and still no iPhone!!!!!!!!!!!!
