Decline maid service for a day (or more), then use the Sheraton's $5 "Green Choice" credit(s) to get your coffee for free!
Prepare to wait a long time and repeat your order a few times to a few different people. One plus is they are very nice
Kick start your day with a cup of one of the delicious coffee selections at Starbucks in our lobby!
Get here early on Sunday if your hungry. They run out of sandwiches quick!
Great customer service!!
Service is kinda slow at rush hours, selection makes up for it though!
Don't bother stopping by. The staff is usually unprofessional, works slowly, and couldn't care less about your business. Go to the Marriott across the street. Their Starbucks is light years ahead.
The usual suspects
The Starbucks in the New Orleans Marriott us much better.
You already know.
This Starbucks is AMAZING!
Staff are not the brightest! Three of them and I had to repeat my order three times.
Slow service! Won't be going back to this one again. 20 minutes for three drinks and no one was ahead of us.
FINALLY got a scanner for Starbucks Card app!!!!!
Still no scanners yet! Next time maybe.
They close at noon! :(
The staff was not friendly at all. The gentleman working this morning was rude.
Yup pretty slow
Horrible Starbucks franchise
slowest Starbucks ever
