The spot is new in the area. I highly recommend the brown sugar deerioca creme brûlée milk
Very friendly staff . The place is hard to get to from the parking lot , though. You have to go out into the sidewalk and walk around.
Lychee green tea 50 sweet was good. The little bits of lychee really enhance the drink. The royal milk tea drink was average

Really stunning park with a nice pond and lots of greenery, benches, and tables. Parking is $3 but is worth it. - Michael Morgan
