It's never been easy to find a Vietnamese restaurant with original and authentic recipes of pho , spring roll , and much much more. Austin is lucky because Thanh Nhi has them all, plus: excellent price!
This place is not nearly as busy as it should be. Every dish is delicious and fresh. Even something as simple as fried rice is amazing. The owners are extremely friendly !
Food is great, but you guys have to work hard on your fortune cookie quotes. The spring rolls are to die for even though they are called pork paste spring rolls .
Try the Bánh Mì Paté Thịt Nguội (#1) - Pork and pâté . I added lots of Sriracha , of course. Made better by the Muzak blasting.
Try their banh canh! SO GOOD! And get their goi cuon (the number 1 I believe) but make sure you ask to add noodles inside because it makes it so much better! This place a really good place for Viet fo
There are cheaper banh mi at other restaurants . Including pickled daikon wouldve been nice in the griled pork but my SO still liked them.
Rockin Muzak - hear favorites such as Love Potion No 9, Apache, Besame Mucho, Ob-la-di Ob-la-da, and more!
Nicest people in the world! Pho is delicious and fresh. Try the 1B appetizer and the #5 sandwich .
Banh mi has pate so you know they're not playing. Legit banh mi .
Everything is fresh! Even something simple like fried rice is amazing.
Red onion instead of white. Noodles were very firm. Broth was tasty. Probably won't try this spot again.
#61: the shrimp and egg roll vermicelli . Yum
First time there but it's a good place to try.. <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.findingyourlifepath.com"target="_blank" data-sig="apyIaZ8vwCJ1Zq6zisnxPovC5RA=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">www.findingyourlifepath.com</a>
Amazing Banh Mi and the owner is the sweetest lady you'll meet.
The pho broth was excellent. Meat was average. The spring rolls were decent, and the banh mi was not good. I'll be back for pho .
Great Thai Tea , absolutely refreshing when it's 100+ outside!
You must try the Goi Cuon Nem Nuong ...or ELSE!
Best homemade lemonade in town
I like their sandwiches and I dont like sandwiches .
It's all good!
Definitely get the #1-B Nem Nuong !! Sooo good
So much om nom nom! The staff is amazingly friendly !
Try their sandwiches ! Have them add extra house paste. To die for !
Bahn mi sandwiches
Banh Mi is only $3.89
I love this place!! Good pho and incredibly friendly owners !
BahnMi and best pho in town
Get their Nem Nuong !!
The best pho in Austin !
Try the #6A. De-lish!
Enjoy Vietnamese sandwiches (!!), Fresh Lemonade & Pho .
Better than I remember. Very good banh mi in various flavors. Excellent spring rolls. Cheap. Limited seating though. - Josh A
I live in city with tons of great Vietnamese food and I still miss this place. The lemongrass chicken com dish can't be beat. I've never found anything else as good. - Katya
Great for Asian cuisine staples, not so much for specialty items: kaffir lime leaves, Japanese eggplant, etc. - Macklin Doherty
