Great drinks and staff . Sat at the bar , Michael made excellent drinks for us. Crab , shrimp and mushroom dip rocks.

Delicious drinks, fun atmosphere , good music . Slow bar service , although it was passed 1am.

I have been to many of the Margaritaville locations and must say that this is not a great one. Was disappointed w/ food and svc. Staffed horsed around instead of serving. Not normal for M'ville.

We sat at the bar and saw how the margaritas are made, if u like paying $14 for 1 shot of alcohol go for it . the bartender sucks, Witnessed at least 8 people leave because they did not get service

The Uptown Top Shelf is the best Margarita .

Decent place, nice ambiance, the nachos and drinks were pretty good, but very pricey (1 order of nachos and 6 drinks was over $100). Definitely a tourist trap.

You're in Niagara Falls so you probably want a kitschy , shitty time. This place will suffice.

Good food, but music is extremely loud . Might work if you are alone. But if you want to talk to your company go somewhere else. Staff refused to adjust volume when asked.

Nothing is good here except the margaritas I guess. Terrible service from start to finish. Ordered the fish and chips and my fish was burnt. Over priced. Not even worth $10

Absolutely will not recommend this place.....ordered Crab Cakes and I could have done a job at house....and the service is so slow for an almost empty restaurant ....and Brandon is clueless.

Don't get the buffalo chicken wrap ; Unless you like soggy lettuce drowning in hot sauce . tiny bits of chicken (and I do mean tiny) was undercooked. Way too pricey for soggy lettuce on a tortilla .

Dont come if you're super hungry. Long wait even on a Tuesday. Slow service. They also ran out of the 12oz glasses and "can't" give the same drink in a larger glasses. Bad service over all.

Sat at the bar at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon for 20 minutes.... Bartender didn't even acknowledge that I existed! Finally just gave up and left. Disappointing. I won't be back.
