dim light , random decorations (posters, license plates) - don't know about partying aspect, but it is indeed best for late rainy evenings, to get a drink and engage in small (or not) talk

almost no service, get your own drinks... as a client paying toilet 0.4 € per visit.... the bouncer (baldheaded) even ran after my girlfriend for payment!!!... nice ambient place though
