Bring ya bathing suite! If you go at night and there is no wind, it can be a bit buggy. Don't plan for a pleasant dinner on the beach if there is no wind. Also, Long Island Sound = GROSS ASS WATER.
Not overcrowded...nice view ...but very shell-y.
