Rooms and bath are clean , free parking , good breakfast and location. Good for people who want to go shopping at the Sawgrass Mall , is nearby.

First room we got had horrible smoke odor. New room was fine. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is free and has an okay selection.
