Major re-furb for a couple of months. Don't expect to have a nap during the day. I think this will make the outside deck and pool off-limits for a while at some point. Excellent breakfast staff .

Remodeled in spring of 2014 and now has a really nice deck and tiki bar . Front desk and bell staff are friendly and helpful.

My room was nice, the outdoor decks and walkway to the beach are great. Enjoyed my stay!

The room is big and quiet , we also have ocean view and the hotel amenities are great. Everything is new and improved.

The Hilton Melbourne Beach is much nicer and had an awesome happy hour on Tuesday nights for Hilton Honors members.

Really enjoyed this hotel , great for people watching and the bar is super friendly .

Jorge in the Salt restaurant takes excellent care of you and was a true joy to talk with.

Most "Ocean view " rooms are 90 degrees to shore so you have to lean close and look at hard angle. Plus condensation on window ruins view .

No balcony but otherwise a perfect room!

Beach access and next to a park . Get a room looking South.

Great place for a family vacation, clean comfortable rooms , great beach and pool.

Pro tip: hot day? Fill the bathtub with ice and settle in with a bloody Mary . Extra nice if you drag the TV in and set it up on the toilet .

Ask for a room above the third floor, so you have a chance for a view !

Worst bathroom layout. Super cramped. Can't brush your teeth without the toilet hitting you in the back of the leg.

It's not that bad but I'm sure Paris Hilton would never stay here.
