Friendly staff - willing to fix the mistakes. I'm happy with the coffees I received from them. The Starbucks at the mall is wayy slower than this Starbucks. One of the best Starbucks in Staten Island.

This Starbucks is great. Workers are very nice and of you come here often they know your order by heart. They are great!

I love this Starbucks. The one guy here is very friendly and alwas says hello to me. They always make my drink perfect too :)

They always fix my venti with steamed soy perfect! And they know my name- and my drink before I get to the register!

The bathroom is outside in the trailer! If it’s locked ask a barista for the key.

They're good, IMO, only when you are in the mood for one of their flavored lattes or caps. Just for regular coffee , I prefer Dunkin' Donuts or even McDonald's.
