Walking into the restaurant you can barely see 3ft in front of you with all the smoke. The attitude and service our waitress provides was horrible!!! There are much better cigar shops to got to!

Don't buy lighters!! Customer service they sold me a broken lighter in which the manger saw and agreed but refused to take the lighter back.

Bar staff refuses to give out water even if you brought one of their low quality menu items.

No wireless in the lounge . Really?
