Main tower is the best then northern tower. In "my opinion" to get better view of the main tower take the aquarium , then train station side (a bit noisy ). Get your bottle of water no complimentary .

This is Japanese favorite hotel with Luxe Hapuna Dining restaurant inside... if you want to avoid long que for breakfast buffet , better be there before 6.30am...

One of the best hotel in Tokyo, the location is the perfect. Front of Shinagawa station , u can go anywhere in Tokyo.

Coin laundry available on 9th floor of main tower. The Wi-Fi here is horrifically slow late in the day - so bad it was quicker to use 4g/LTE (or jack in to wall if you have a PC).

Very good hotel with big beds and rather big rooms , if compare with ordinary hotels . Smoking is available only outside. There's good place for smokers nearby TGI FRIDAYS

North tower renovation is really great but no smoking rooms in N Tower now. If you intend to use wi-fi in Main Tower you will need to pay 500¥ for router.

For a hotel that calls itself a “luxury hotel ”, the room is in the central Tower are essentially 80’s style. Small & uncomfortable beds w/lame climate control.

Stay away from the East Tower . Rooms are tiny and have little to no sound-proofing. You can hear people talk, walk by, or take a shower

Stay in East tower , was like a typical Japanese business hotel . Won't choice hotel for a longer stay but good if you have a flight from Haneda or shall take Shinkansen.

Almost everything in the towers closes by 11pm. 7-11 is perfect for getting the best exchange rates via ATM withdrawal.

you can sign a waiver each day to refuse the cleaning service and receive a 500 yen voucher each day you do not get the service.

Now I can use free wifi here. Very tiny room in East Tower , but it's cheap and clean . That's enough.

Got the east tower . Room is very small although it is well organised. Breakfast is terrible, you have to queue for half an hour to get into the restaurant , even tough they provide 6 restaurant . Crazy

North tower is quiet , new and houses the amazing epson business center .

Across the street is a row of awesome ramen shops . A must try!

Bring your AC adapter. Air conditioned is managed centrally. Heat is high! No water. You've to go to 7Eleven. No cable TV

If u don't bring adaptor to change the volt, U would be embarrassed. But, take it easy... There is just one consent for 220V in the bathroom .

Great value hotel near transit hub. Reliable internet, free breakfast , friendly staff . N Tower is entirely non smoking. Big, comfy rooms .

Slow Wifi is not sufficient for downloading MB-size files or watching YouTube.

Avoid the East Tower . It is really crap. Annex Tower is OK, check-in on the 7th floor. Main Tower is better but more expensive . Right across Shinagawa Station , so very handy for travel–NEX+Shinkansen.

Room is small, old, and guard is very rude and bad manner. Do not recommended to stay at all. Stay away from this hotel .
