The site of Ruth's 500th homer and home field of the 1945 Negro League champion Cleveland Buckeyes , who swept the Homestead Grays. Great that the city of Cleveland is trying to restore this venue.
The original baseball stadium in the city . Built in 1891 and hosting many of the baseball teams that played in town . The ticket house is still standing and holding the Baseball Heritage Museum .
