Ask for the pork special. Braised pork served on a bed of cheesy polenta , topped with locally grown rainbow chard and tomato jam then drizzled with a chipotle syrup ! Sooo good!
Try the fresh duck salad , followed by the flat iron steak cooked medium rare and finishing the dinner off with apple cobbler ala mode. Don't forget that wine to pair with each course!
Fresh ingredients , but over thought and over priced. Short ribs tender and tasty, but overpowered by the onion-garlic-cheese-potato setting. Too many flavors, too strong & too rich.
