Henderson Alvarez, who has a no-hitter on his MLB resume, began his pro career in the minors at 17 years old. Alvarez blossomed as a 21-year-old Fisher Cat, earning All-Star honors with a 2.86 ERA.

We weren't actually in the ballpark . We were outside the outfield wall at The Patio in the Hilton Garden Inn . The park was nice and we had a great spot to watch the game. It was a little tough to hear

The best kiosk to get food is one of the first when you enter. The sign this year says D'Angelos. The Steak & Cheese is very good but this is where you want to get your burgers , sausage , and dogs too.

Stay for the fireworks after the game! They were constantly shooting fireworks for what felt like 7-10 minutes!

Excellent food and beer selection here. Try the food at the Sam Adams Bar & Grill; it is excellent. Lots of craft brews on tap throughout the ballpark .

Get here early. We didn't, and I had to park FAR AWAY. There is a shuttle that runs from about a mile away to the park . Food lines are very slow, too. Not as pleasant as in Portland, Me.

Watch for the resident skunk to visit during the game ~ usually in the outfield aeound 9:30 PM or later
