I was surprised to received a brand new Iphone 5S after I got a problem with my carrier signal . They are absolutely Excellent in customer service:)

Impeccable service (as long as you have booked a Genius Bar appointment). Hardware fault within warranty period - got a new phone in less than 5 minutes with no fanfare or interrogation. A+ service.

If you download the app to your iphone, you can buy just about anything in the store without having to go to a cashier . Very easy and quick.

Staff outnumber actual customers 100:1. Be warned, know what you want before you come here or the cult will claim you as one of their own and won't let you leave.

Love the buzz here ... Even when it's ridiculously busy it's always a lot of fun. Service impeccable - just what I expect from Apple

Guess what? If you dont like getting publi attention, do not go to the apple store because 1. There is a lot of people and 2. If you buy something the crowd randomly claps.

Book online for a Genius Bar appointment first - onsite system is totally chaotic.

If you ask someone will carry your iMac to your car for you... Very helpful!!

Adrian on the genius bar is polite, knowledgeable and very considerate.

Freeze your credit card in an ice cream bucket and leave it at your mothers house before you enter this store. The temptations to spend up big are too huge!

When someone makes a purchase, try not to vomit when the blue drones fake cheer. Really guys Pavlov dog is sooooo 1982.

Remember to book an appointment beforehand! Small store with too many people inside!

Using the Apple Store EasyPay system was my latest ‘holy shit we are living in the future’ moment.

Ridiculously chaotic. If you're 5 mins late for your appointment, they cancel it, but are more than happy to keep you waiting 20 mins when you're on time. And no, they're not geniuses.

Disappointed with the service here.. Long wait / disinterested rep - very different to the usual Apple Store experience (I'll buy my next MacBook Pro in Melbourne instead).
