I was told by an associate that touchscreen laptops don't exist yet. They do, just not at this store! go to fry's.... otherwise, I love this store...
I have to admit ... I can't recall ever seeing such BAD customer service @ a Best Buy. I would have to have called every store w/in a 50mile Radius B4 returning.

Easily the worst Best Buy I've been to. Remember when they used to cater to gadget fans and enthusiasts? Now theyre only concerned with upselling you on overpriced tv accessories . This 1 is the worst.
