I had the mixto tacos and the chicken soup . The tacos were great! Never had the meats mixed before and I loved it. The soup was a little weak, but comforting.

Cheap mexican spot with a rare menu item: the pambazo , a potato and chorizo sandwich drenched in chili sauce .

Possibly one of the best spots in Astoria for Mexican food . On top of the the classic margaritas are solid. I'm not a fan of their frozen though.

The Pambazo : There's nothing subtle about a potato and chorizo sandwich on a bun painted with chili sauce . But damn does it satisfy.

Their nachos Texanos is the best item in the menu. Just a messy plate of nachos with sour cream , cheese , guacamole and much more. Delicious.

Chorizo taco is very good. The enchiladas in mole sauce is very filing. Share with someone & order 2 beef & 2 chicken to change things up a bit. Very affordable !

I love their breakfast ! Huevos ala Mexicana with chorizo ! It comes with rice and beans and tortillas . You can smother it in hot, green salsa . That and a cafe con leche are a delicious belly-buster. =)

Ordered delivery to our hotel and it was DELICIOUS! The food got here fast, it was still hot when we got it, and the portions are huge. Very reasonably priced.

Try the cheese tacos ! They're amazing! The cheese is lightly fried till its crispy , filled with guacamole , cilantro and onions . The horchatas are delicious too!

The Pollo ala Méxicana is absolutely amazing. That broth is so good, especially during cold months. Come for the food, not the atmosphere.

Huevos rancheros , tacos and other goodies available off the menu . Open for breakfast and late night .

Mexican sausage is great. All of the margs are very good except for strawberry .

The guacamole is awesome. Steak is great too.

This is by far my favorite Mexican joint in Queens. Food is authentic , fresh and super cheap . The chips and salsa are great!

The burritos here are the size of pillowcases stuffed with food. Good luck finishing at once! Food is good when you need some affordable grub.

Beef tacos are great. Quesadillas are great.

Please define "authentic"Tacos are solid. Nothing special, and a tad expensive , but in NY, they are above average. Pork anything is good here. The flan is also alright.

If you want real authentic Mexican food , this is the place to go. I'm Mexican, I should know :)

While the food is good, this is not authentic mexican food . I suggest going to sunset park in brooklyn for some true authentic mexican food

I love their eggs w/ chorizo especially smothered in green salsa . They don't open until 10am, tho.

REAL Mexican food !

Pork tacos , tostados , tamales , and shakes are all cheap and delicious.

Really disappointed with the burrito . The chicken was dry, the rice was not well spiced, and they put way too much meat. It was also as big as 2 large burritos . Wait staff was nice, though.

This place is horrible. How can you call this authentic Mexican food ? Everything we ordered was salty or tasteless. Huge fail.

Terrible service, waitstaff are miserable. Food was terrible, greasy, undercooked. Margaritas were watered down, chips were stale.
