Be sure to check Retail Me Not for coupons- JCP often have sales with coupons in the paper/mail flyer but if you don't bring it or ask for it, you are out of luck! They certainly won't offer it!!
They have finally turned this place around and lots of shoppers - but these long lines at checkout is a real deterrent and they need to do a better job with more cashiers if they want me to shop here!
