A sucker for grapefruit green tea . half sugar, normal ice. no toppings, no add this or that. as is, awesome.

Nice place to chill out with friends.. Place is Clean and stafff are friendly ..

Their drinks seems good compared to previously. Tried their mocha , thumbs up ;)
