You get Airmiles, it's nicer than their sister chain "Food Basics" Watch out cause they got a couple of really nasty butchers at the meat counter . They go by the names "Sam & Ella"
Good selection of Gluten Free and non lactose milk alternatives . Well organized and clean . Staff are knowledgeable .
Don't go in the morning. There`s no chicken or gala apples . Grrrrrr!!!
