In almost 20yrs my wife has hardly ever gotten exactly what she ordered from a Taco Bell, and this place is no exception. At least the manager with the creepy smiley contact lens is no longer here!

I've been here several times, and the quality of food is hit or miss. The KFC part is the same way.

Probably ranks Top 3 in the Country ...as far as slowest service goes.

These guys take forever with the drive-thru like people are trying to stay here for days

Be prepared to wait...they slow AF!

Skip this junky ass KFC..they are always out of crispy chicken..always screw up the order and inside is filthier than a rat . Poor service as is most of BVL area

Service Efin sucks 16 minutes just to order through the drive thru

Just don't even bother ordering KFC here. Either they hate serving it or they just suck, but they make sure that the taco bell food is always prepared. Crappy employees and even worse service.
