Basic Mexican joint. Good chips , inexpensive , and the staff is helpful. I travel to SLC a lot for biz and always hit up the EC for their LOW RIDER MARGARITAS. Best margs anywhere including Texas.

Drink specials on Tuesdays and Thursday's.. The food is good. But the drinks make it my favorite place in the valley.
