Great view of the Capitol! Scallop appetizer just melts in you mouth. Delicious! The seared tuna salad had so many wonderful flavors I really enjoyed it.

Try the Caesar Salad - Chopped romaine heart, baby dill , parmesan crisp, creamy garlic dressing , anchovy . Parmesan crisp was the hit.

Nice rooftop restaurant . Seats available inside, outside (by the edge) and at the bar .

Try the Pea and Parmesan Risotto Cakes - My Dad described these as "rice hash browns ." That's about right. Served with white truffle pea puree.
