Wonderful 5 star hotel located right on the river and within walking distance of Downtown Austin's sites. Well-appointed and the staff are stellar-attentive, gracious and friendly .
The hammock on the back lawn is a delightful way to relax at dusk by the lake . You don't need to be a guest to use it, just use your super discreet powers to fit in :)
Where to stay in Austin! Super friendly staff , nice rooms, beautiful outdoor areas , and a great bar scene at night! Will be back.
Don't hesitate to ask for anything, these people are best of best refrigerator to room, pack car while you race to last session / film , HOT FRESH coffee delivered when promised All through hectic SXSW
Really great setup for conference rooms and a great outdoor area by the river
Awesome hotel . Great rooms and top service. Great getaway weekend!

Everybody knows the bar scene is a place to be seen, but head downstairs for a great lunch .
TRIO has the most delicious menu items in Austin. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Truffle fries are too good to be true.
Lovely hotel with a great bar but one of the oldest four seasons. Rooms are not large so not the best for a family. Also, bring your own sodas . So expensive in the hotel ! $5.00!
Austin’s Four Seasons is located right on the lake , yet is walking distance to most of Austin’s downtown attractions (except, maybe when it’s 100 degrees outside).

Take your pets to Trio for dinner . They have dog and cat menus, as well as fresh treats to take home with you.
Try and get a room with a river view to watch the towers in the morning
The lounge has the absolute best live music being played. Awesome musicians with a huge playlist does a great night make.
If you want to feel like at Cannes, visit Four Seasons garden in the back and grab a drink.
Be nice to the staff and they will take care of you @socmm
Lakeside S'mores : Pull up a chair at the TRIO chimineas, where complimentary S'more fixings are provided each Friday and Saturday night from 8-10pm.
The breakfast here is good. Head downstairs to Trio. If it's nice out take the patio area .
The best time to go is on a Wed or Thurs night to hear some great live music in the lounge
Breakfast on the back patio is the best. Staff is amazing.
Great room night for romance. Great health club . Chocolate martinis at the bar . Sunday brunch with all you can drink mimosas ....
Great outdoor seating for dinner . Be nice to the guys out front - they have power and it's called THE HOUSE CAR
Looking to revitalize your senses? Hit up the Oxygen bar at the Trident Vitality lounge near Auditorium Shores Stage, grab some Trident VITALITY gum and rock on into the night
Great venue for presentations and the lawn on the lake !
Piano guy is awesome. As is the Hendrix cucumber concoction they came up with at the bar
Everything from the rooms to the restaurants !
The recent upgrades to the rooms are very well done.
Hang out pool side if you have friends staying there. Have a couple margaritas in the sun. Just go with the teen pop soundtrack.
Best backyard of any hotel I've been to
Go for cocktails and watch the bats at dusk outside.
Do you want to be your own boss well don't hitch try this link out to make some real cash http://kapeezle.zeekrewards.com
Predictably nice rooms; corner suites are great; small bathrooms even there for FSH. Crowded pool, but then it's Austin in August. Helpful conierges.
Entry Lobby by fireplace is a comfy spot to recharge + make #sxsw calls.
Try 3 hotels between 8 and 4 am
The Trio has the most amazing eggs benedict !!!!
The Four Seasons will bring a free refrigerator to your room if you ask for it or if they see you carrying bottles of water. Sweet!

Nicest Ramada Inn I've stayed at.
Great Easter

Room service brought some chicken wings which were off the chain.
One of my fave spots to grab a cocktail with a small group of friends. Also, good for business meetings during the day bc quiet and can grab a table. - Tammy Gordon
