What a cute and romantic place to be. There is a lake in front of the coffee shop and it is my favorite part. Try to be there little late, so that you can enjoy drinks and view without much noises.

The owner and manager are great! The frost is good but the iced drinks are a hidden in plain site gem. Ask the staff to be creative as they are often willing and always innovative

The baristas here are always friendly , even when it gets busy and they're under pressure! Fast service , I recommend the Caramel Nut Frost with Almond Milk !!

Nice place to chill out with friends, relax, study, read, or have a meeting. Great spot next to a lake . Very good coffee , drinks, and edibles. Open late ! Always nice for the college student .

Been coming here for over 10 years. So happy it's still the same great neighborhood coffee shop it's always been. No one pulls a shot of espresso like Mo!

Cheaper and better than starbucks and has a lake view . Great place to chill with a small group. I recommend the iced chain.

Can't decide between the Caramel Machiato or Black & White Frost ? Try the Caramel Mocha Frost for the best of both worlds!

This is my local go-to place to do homework in the fresh air with a nice cup of delicious coffee .

The staff was a little rude when I told them I was bringing a group, but maybe that was just a bad experience. Great coffee and a nice view outside! Just wish there wasn't so many smokers ..

The atmosphere is awesome and they offer a well crafted coffee beverages!

Every 5-10 minutes, ducks handsomely wander through the patio asking for tips.

I like the view . Too many smokers on the patio though.

Devon is back at Chandler, doing the Tues, Wed, Thurs AM! Much rejoicing and merriment in the house!

The wit is strong here. Come prepared to zing a few back. I always end up "getting it" about 10 seconds too late.

Awesome date location - especially if you sit outside by the water.

Update to my comment 3ish months ago. The guy with the pony tail, who is the manager is nicer as time goes by and you visit more frequently.

i love gettin green iced tea here with flavors like mango & raspberry or strawberry & pineapple !

Good place for pooches, but don't bring your laptop unless it's a Mac or you will feel out of place. ;)

Cherry Mocha and White Chocolate Mocha are delicious! Also try the herbal teas :)

Inconsistent hours! Grumpy baristas or worse, ones that flirt with any lady you bring with you! Avoid as they've gone down hill over the years! Much better options everywhere that aren't a green lady!

Black & White is my drink of choice.
