Great exhibit on how food has evolved in the U.S. And a near section just on Julia Childs.
This exhibit has the entire kitchen (walls, cabinetry, appliances and all) from Julia Childs' home.
A foodie's paradise! After admiring all the wares, be sure to watch some of the videos too.
Remembering Julia at a culinary conference in RI a few yrs b4 her death. She stopped to talk to every young student who approached her.
Definitely worth seeing if you love Julia. It's a great tribute to her.
