The sound guy really likes when people come up and introduce themselves. He has a lot of great stories about the venue and it's history. He's also got all the weekly drink specials memorized.
Great local dive / punk bar , and somehow not overridden with annoying hipsters in spite of its proximity to a major state U campus. I recommend Black Mass Sundays or a live band performance .
Great place for no-frills live music and great folks to hang with. Macs always hosts the coolest punk shows in Lansing
Strong Islands . Get a couple. And go to hiphop shows with the @BLATPack logo. They always have great music .
Great room for developing acts and bands seeking a truly crazy audience. Smaller size bills are recommended as lack of ventilation makes the room EXTREMELY hot after the first few sets.
