Careful if you want a frappe in the morning. This location often decides that the best time to clean the frappe machine is during the morning rush. So that means no frappe .

Ok, so I went back in for an Iced tea . That manager needs a beating and to be FIRED!!

Very disappointed w/managers poor customer service! Wouldn't even let me trade out apple bits for fries ! Don't go here if you are health conscience! Other staff were great however.

Just to be clear. I wanted the apples , and the rude manager wouldn't substitute it instead of fries . POOR customer service by this manager!!!
