I forgot to get my change. I asked the cashier and the manager assisted me quickly. After auditing, I am correct. She was sincerely apologetic of the incident and gave it back to me with a free drink!

As always. Good customer service but its better if they'll do a value added service onset on promoting their loyalty card for if we only knew we could've gotten one for ourselves before paying.

Barista Joco from this branch is a gold mine. If you are looking for great customer service, try this branch out. So far it's limited to one person, but I k ow the others will catch up ;)

I remember the time when the cashier ask my friend's name and my replied "DARNA" and when the drink is ready , one of the barista started shouting DARNA.... that experience was hilarious XD

Mango float cake is good, not too sweet good for people who's not really into sweets like me.

The barista knows the oreo frappuccino secret menu of starbucks.

green tea frap with strawberry syrup , twice blended, no whipped cream ! tastes like strawberry milkshake !

Don't forget to use your Starbucks Card and earn stars for a free drink!

Their p140 pasta lunch packs are great for a vegetarian quick lunch on the go!

Super friendly baristas . One of my favorite Starbucks branches to visit. The cookie dough cheesecake is amaaazing.

The services isn't so fast, they tend to have really long lines even when there isn't much customers. Some baristas even forget to take note of special requests.

I hate how they've implemented the receipt check BEFORE granting you service you've paid for. Barista Joco even had the gall to hold straw and napkin hostage until I've showed my receipt.

They would make you feel a second home ..
