They bake their bread several times a day for the freshest product. The prices are somewhat bonkers but the bread is great.
Get a place on the long table and enjoy the discussions in at least 4 languages if not more some mornings. Pastries are good but don't miss bread also excellent.
Scrambled eggs toast was delicious. Portions are a bit small tho I guess we have to blame inflation… Cappucino doesn’t come in a big bowl anymore :( but Paint Quot in Belgium is still the goat

I like going to "Le Pain Quotidien" for breakfast and brunch , because of the high quality standard in food and service. Unfortunately at le Sablon, the service (and general property) is subpar.
Don't come on a Sunday morning if you're hungry. The wait is extremely long to order. We got our drinks when we already finished eating!
Great place to have breakfast . Un peu cher, if you want to save money opt for takeaway and choose baguette rather than loaf of bread .
