"Hey oh, river !" The Sandy River (though not necessarily the dog park ) was a filming location for the Portlandia S2 E1 river rafting sketch.

Quickest route to the river : take the first path on your left before the parking lot . Take a left at the fork and follow the sign for Sandy River . Your dog will love it!!

Beautiful park and great multiple mile hike for dog and human.

Karly Heirendt

Bring a gallon of water to leave in the car during your hike , your dog will appreciate it before going home!

Take the meadow trail to the right to find one of Maya Lin's Confluence Project sites http://confluenceproject.org

Went here last year with our dog and it was nice. Signs for unleashed dogs a bit confusing in places but not a big deal.

Big old place! Great for the doggie to roam!

Chris ????????????????????

Let your dog run off leash everywhere. Ignore the signs! It's a dog park !! <3

My kids are always asking to go to this castle park. Lots of little tunnels and cubbies for kids to hide, bring plenty of adult supervision. Worth the commute out to the suburbs. Restrooms are great - Lynn Holm
