Showing up before they open at 830 is a great idea...if you want to stand in line with 200 other people who had a "great idea".

The online system for ID renewals has a glitch. Arrive early or closer to closing for shorter wait time. Obtain ticket, then try kiosk, it could save you some time.

Arrived on a Fri@9:45a for drivers lic renewal &was literally done/in my car@10:30a- it was the fastest ever @Largo MVA...prob b/c Ashley (employee) was great! BTW lines DEF get longer after 10:30a!

If you are in a hurry don't be pack a lunch and be prepared to wait

After 2pm is actually a good time to go because the morning crowd is leaving, the staff breaks are about over and they want to get through as many people as possible so they can close.

Arrived at 1:45pm and there was no line at the ticket window. Sat down and was the next number to be displayed

Ask no less than 8 times what documents you need for whatever you're trying to do. Every member of the staff is incompetent and unwilling to help. Did I also mention rude and incompetent?

Here on Thursday at 2:30, first line less than 5 min. Second line to actually get the license looks to be about 45 min. Ugh

I just screwed myself. Its 3pm on a friday, smh. Dont get here at 3p on a friday. (direct tv voice)

Come here middle of the week not crowded

GET HERE AN HOUR BEFORE THEY OPEN! THERE'S USUALLY A LINE AT 7AM

Go in the afternoon, its not crowded

Never come on Saturdays ! Especially right before they close. Way to many people !

Don't come in here round the first of the month

Crowded just come early

I waited for over 3 hours just to get a new license

Dont go around a holiday, our ay the end of the month. I was in line for 3 hours

It's freezing and they are making us wait outside. Just ridiculous

This is like Social Services up in here!
