Feeling adventurous? There's some superb chef 's specialities that you will not find anywhere else. A truly hidden gem of an Indian restaurant hidden away from the overbearing hustle of Brick Lane.
Food was legit, delicious, prompt.... Did I say delicious? But the service..... A++++++ It was late and their last hour open and between 3 guys they made us feel like we lived in a palace . Impressed.
Despite the other tips I have always had great service here. Explain what you like and they will recommend and even modify dishes. For those enjoying very spicy yet tasty food this place delivers .
If you have a dairy allergy they are very helpful. Made me something special that was chicken breast pieces in a delicious red sauce . Outstanding!
It's all about the lamb . Even if you're not a lamby person. Try one of the specials - lamb curry with a bit of baby mango in a rich sauce.
Chicken Jalfrezi was very nice. Naan bread wasn’t the best though, not thick enough to wipe up leftover sauce.
Duck Tikka Masala . Not on the menu , but phenomenal!
Ask for a Duck Tikka Masala , superb
Great food great service.
The food is good, service terrible. Go for take away or go elsewhere. There are dozens of Indian places with good food within a mile's distance.
Hidden gem !
Service is slow. Food is alright.
Avoid. Waiter got our order wrong on multiple occaisions, leaving fellow diners without food and nothing offered in way of recompense, apart from belligerent attitude.
Food alright but slow service. Not a place to go if you're in a hurry...
Very traditional, a step back to the 70's but the food is excellent, half servings of rice are the great for lunchtime, service is great too. - Steven Kelly
Darn good food and service ???????????????????????????? - Ross Ingram
Friendly staff, a selection of ales and a jukebox to boot. Good at catering for group events too, we had our work Christmas breakfast here (8am Guinness and a fry up) - Jack Jenkins
Queues move quickly. Very cool glass walkway and experience in general, but there are better views from other locations. - Edgar E
