The staff are very friendly and the hotel is close to bus and metro lines . However this is a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. Not saying this as a bad thing it’s just that everything about it is 3 star
Pretty far from anything in Rome, big and clean rooms but thin walls that let you hear all your neighbours. The windows don't keep the room warm.

My favorite stop in Rome. Lots of nooks and crannies to roam around in this awesome castle. Very interactive, sweeping views of the Vatican and Rome. A few unexpected bonus galleries were at the top. - jane t
