It's impossible to walk 50 feet in Las Vegas without seeing an oversized frozen drink . Fat Tuesday pretty much invented them. The original 190 Octane is delicious - and potent. The name is accurate.
Frozen booze can't get any better and shots too. Make sure to get the large so it will keep you going while walking around
