2023年10月のリニューアル拡大オープンにより千駄ヶ谷エリアと霞ヶ丘エリアができ霞ヶ丘側の旧霞ヶ丘アパート 跡には個性豊かな「３つの広場 」と「誇りの杜」からなる公園 となる。千駄ヶ谷側は東京体育館 などがある。
誇りの杜エリアでは「明治公園 100年続く森づくり」と題して日本テレビ、ザ！鉄腕！DASH！！で2024/1/28に放送された。福島からの樹木とその樹木版を見ることができます。
全面舗装しているのいかがなものかー。
花火 当日は午前五時に開門。前日の9時頃から開門待ちの行列 ができるらしい。若者談。
嵐のコンサートのグッズ買いは、ここで並ばされます。
桜の蕾がふくらんできました。
明治公園のスタバ。２階は初めて。エレベーターがあるので足が悪くても大丈夫ですが、トイレは女性用とオールジェンダー用の２つだけ。男性と車椅子やお子さん連れが並ぶので、土日は混みそうね。 - 佐久間 真理子

Fantastic park, especially during hanami season! Google Map helps to figure out if it's a full bloom season or not yet. Crowded, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. You can see some street performances. - Elena Kiseleva
Hikarigaika Park is quite big and Great for jogging, cycling, dogs running and loud children:-) dozens of block of flats around so as quite shopping places and restaurants incl Subway. - Pavel K
Designed to agree with the adjacent Meiji Shrine, it's a fun shrine-themed design that makes it certainly feel more natural than, say, the Tokyo Dome. - Justin Searls
