The Rose

We had a delicious lunch at The Rose. Staff is lovely and cheerful. We enjoyed our burgers . Place is not like a traditional pub , it is a good mixture of pub and medeterrian bistro .

Had the artichoke soup and it was good. Bloody Mary's are good as well . Friends had the mozzarella and tomato salad and they enjoyed it. Good service .

Quaint neighborhood pub , lots of locals. Every Sunday is Quiz night. Outdoor patio is spacious and very green. Not sure yet about the food, but the ambience is very warm.

Really good Sunday roast portion with generous cup of gravy ! Awesome...

The club sandwich is a classic, reliably tasty and excellent value. Service at the bar can be slow though.

Nice venue, friendly service , food below par. Angus top rump was lukewarm and without Yorkshire puddings . No apology for the puds . How do you run out of flour, eggs and water?
