Got the Yu Shan Pork this time. Sooo good. Carmelized crispy bits of pork with ginger & scallions . Served with a side of steamed rice . The picked vegetables were spicy too.
Cheap and delicious!! Bring a coat in the winter and dress lightly in the summer-they don't use heat or ac . It's AUTHENTIC. It's a cultural thing in china, no restaurants use heat or cooling.
