I had the Enchiladas Bahias and they were ok. They are lighter in flavor with a mild chipotle bite. Very sour cream based but have some unique accents including toasted pumpkin seeds . Good, not great.
Carne asada tacos is where it's at! Identical to the steak fajitas , just with out the veggies . Can't go wrong.
The food is amazing, can't forget about the Watermelon mojito !
bottomless servings of the best chips and salsa in town . portions are huge so plan to share.
Get the enchiladas suizas ! Creamy white sauce ..so good! Also, they have the best piña coladas I've ever tasted!
Get the Queso Fundido for an appetizer and the enchiladas suizas for your meal. Delicious.

We came after the Pink Series half marathon. Were seated and given chips . Then nothing. We waited for our server for 10 min. They seated people who just got there & got their drinks, so we left
By the way don't use their bathroom .
Driving to Colorado and I stopped here. Chips and salsa rocked. The food was subpar. Don't expect a good meal. It was not terrible, but it was not great either.
