Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens Hotel & Suites And Conference Ct

This is a Best Western and surprisingly nice for $80/night on a concert weekend. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast and decent pool area with lounge seating and a fireplace

The staff went way beyond in their caring attitude and service. The hotel was very clean & updated, walking distance to many good restaurants & a few minutes to the beach for those looking for that.

The hotel was very clean and they had a upgraded breakfast [eggs ,sausage ,potatoes and waffles].EVERYONE was friendly and courteous.

Desk staff were very helpful in finding us a room and the manager, Francisco, went out of his way to tell us about all the places to visit in the area, and how to find them.

Breakfast is at 7 AM till 10 AM. A lot of guests already leaving the hotel at 7 in the morning to go to work. Why don't move breakfast hours to 6:30 at least?

The staff was very courteous, and the room comfortable and quiet . I'd stay there again.

Hotel is being renovated, floors 1 & 3 right now..when it's all done it'll look nice. It was a MUCH needed upgrade

Bar is great for low key . Rooms are ok, but fairly priced . However the beds need major up-grades! And how about some more modern tv ?

No Bar right now, really lame. Pool is decent. 3rd floor renovation looks good. However all the exterior doors never lock. Deadbolt you room doors!!

The room is good, but pillows sucks!((( still have a neck-ache.

Stinky and dirty ! Not a 2.5 hotel as Priceline claims. Stains on carpet, dirt walls, hair in bathtub, beds ar old and really bad.

Place is a dump .
