The compost company behind the shopping center is to blame mostly for the smell. The garbage incinerator was closed many years ago. The store has some of the better clothing then the other targets

That "compost facility" was there long before Target... As well before any of the homes they built. THe smell is only bad after it rains or if youre right next to the pile when the move it. Deal.

Employees don't know what their store carries and send guests away saying they don't carry stuff and that it can probably only be purchased online when the items really ARE carried in the store.

Horrible customer service. Bridal registry wouldn't print . People at the service desk had better things to do than assist me.
