I've never had a problem with this Sonic and I find the service rather quick. There is always going to be a wait during busy times at any restaurant but some people are never happy or patient!
Definitely worth trying during the holiday season....very good!
I've been coming here for at least 12 years...never gotten sick. They can be slow on busy nights, but that's to be expected.

Never get milk based beverages here. My nephew once got a milkshake here and got sick. A few months ago I got a sonic blast and got sick. I only go to the Covington Pike or Hwy 64 location now.
